Role Overview:

The D365 Retail Specialist will implement and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions for retail operations, tailoring systems to enhance engagement and efficiency. Analyzing retail processes and collaborating with clients, you’ll transform their retail vision into actionable strategies using D365 Retail.

Responsibilities:

Implement and optimise Dynamics 365 solutions for retail operations, tailoring systems to meet specific business needs.
Analyse retail processes and customer requirements to ensure D365 Retail configurations enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to understand their retail vision and translate it into actionable D365 Retail strategies.
Provide training and support to users, ensuring they can leverage D365 Retail functionalities to their full potential.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Retail or similar retail management systems, demonstrating a successful track record of retail technology implementations.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer engagement strategies, and technology solutions.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Retail and its application within the retail industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of designing and implementing effective retail technology solutions.
Excellent communication and training skills, essential for engaging with users and stakeholders.
