Role Overview:

As a D365 QA Analyst, you’re tasked with developing and executing comprehensive test plans for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring functionality meets requirements. Collaborating with development teams, you’ll identify and resolve system defects, managing user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring functionality meets or exceeds requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and functional teams to identify, document, and resolve system defects.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, providing feedback and recommendations to enhance product quality.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients, ensuring solutions meet their needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with specific experience testing Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with automated testing tools.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect management, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
