Role Overview:
As a D365 HR Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analysing, designing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Human Resources solutions to improve HR operations and employee experiences. Working alongside a team of experienced consultants, you will engage in system configurations, testing, documentation, and offer ongoing support post-implementation. Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, design, and implement Dynamics 365 Human Resources solutions to meet organisational needs.
  • Configure and customise D365 HR to align with business requirements, under the direction of senior team members.
  • Support the testing and documentation process, ensuring solutions meet client specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist in conducting user training sessions and provide continuous support following system implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles or IT projects, with a strong interest in Dynamics 365 HR.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive stance towards learning and contributing to projects.
