Role Overview:

As a D365 HR Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analysing, designing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Human Resources solutions to improve HR operations and employee experiences. Working alongside a team of experienced consultants, you will engage in system configurations, testing, documentation, and offer ongoing support post-implementation. Location: Remote
Responsibilities:

Analyse, design, and implement Dynamics 365 Human Resources solutions to meet organisational needs.
Configure and customise D365 HR to align with business requirements, under the direction of senior team members.
Support the testing and documentation process, ensuring solutions meet client specifications and quality standards.
Assist in conducting user training sessions and provide continuous support following system implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles or IT projects, with a strong interest in Dynamics 365 HR.
A commitment to ongoing professional development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Skills:

Solid understanding of human resource management principles and best practices.
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive stance towards learning and contributing to projects.
